Mini Kiev Bites
Mini Garlic butter Kiev balls, Crispy breadcrumbed chicken balls, with a garlic butter centre.
To make the butter easier to deal with do small teaspoon sized balls onto a tray and freeze for 20 mins or fridge for an hour.
Cooking Method
- In a separate bowl mix the softened butter with the chopped parsley and half the garlic butter glaze.
- In a mixing bowl combine the 100g breadcrumbs, the other half of the Puréety garlic butter glaze and 50g grated parmesan cheese with the chicken mince.
- With your hands press out a chicken patty then put a ball of the garlic butter in the centre and roll the mince around the butter into a ball. Repeat this until you run out of chicken mix (10-12 balls)
- Whisk the 2 eggs with the 100ml milk to make a egg wash
- Roll the balls in the flour, then the egg wash, then the breadcrumbs to coat
- Next you can either shallow fry or Air Fry the chicken balls until golden brown and cooked to 73c or above Internally. Then Serve and enjoy!
