Add peppers and spinach to bulk out and add more nutrients. Save any extra mix for quick lunches and dinners. You can slow cook this recipe just brown your mince in advance then add the rest of the ingredients for the sauce, holding the basil until the end. Double up on the mince and make more later in the week for a quick lunch/dinner. Or re-heat in the airfryer/ oven on some tin foil.
