Cut the chicken quite small to cook quicker. Serve with rice or pasta. Top with cheese if you like.
Double up the batch and let cool, freeze in portions for quick dinners/lunches.
For slow cooker simply place all ingredients into the slow cooker for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on slow or until chicken is thouroghly cooked, add the fresh basil at the end.
In a hot pan, cook the chorizo for around 5 minutes, until it releases its oils and starts to crisp up.
Then add the onions & chicken cook for a further 5 minutes on a high heat, stirring intermittently, until the chicken has coloured on all sides and the onions starting to soften.
Next add the sundried tomatoes, tin of chopped tomatoes and water, bring to the boil and stir through the Puréety Bolognese seasoning.
Simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Take off the heat and stir through the chopped basil, then serve with pasta or rice.
