Cut the chicken quite small to cook quicker. Serve with rice or pasta. Top with cheese if you like. Double up the batch and let cool, freeze in portions for quick dinners/lunches. For slow cooker simply place all ingredients into the slow cooker for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on slow or until chicken is thouroghly cooked, add the fresh basil at the end.
