You can also cook this in the pan or a casserole dish in the oven. Just stir intermittently and add more water if the dish becomes too dry during cooking
Cooking Method
To the slow cooker add: diced chicken, diced onion, diced potato & sweet potato, coconut milk, turmeric, cracked black pepper and water. Mix in the slow cooker with the Puréety Thai green curry recipe seasoning
Cook on low for up to 4 hours or high for around 2 hours, or until the potatoes are soft and the chicken is cooked
Add the sweetcorn and chopped coriander and serve!

250g Potatoes , Diced
1 tin Coconut milk
Pinchml Cracked Black Pepper
1tspn Ground Turmeric
100ml Water

165g Sweetcorn
