Cooking Method

In a mixing bowl or tray coat the chicken with the Puréety Spicy salt & Pepper glaze. Then add 1 tbsp of the Soy sauce, mix well. Add the corn flour and coat evenly.
Make a straight cut on the top, bottom and sides of the potato. Cut into fries.
In a bowl or on a cooking tray pour over boiling water from the kettle, leave to soak for 10 mins, then drain. Next add 2 tsp olive oil to the fries and coat well in the Cajun Seasoning. Cook in an air fryer for 12-15 minutes @190c or until crispy and cooked through.
In a frying pan add a little oil or cooking spray and fry the chicken until cooked through (8-10mins) Remove from pan and set to one side.
In the same frying pan cook the peppers and onions for 2-3 mins and add a tsp of each salt, pepper, chilli flakes, paprika, Chinese 5-spice, and the other tbsp soy sauce at the end.
Add the chicken back into the frying pan, then add the honey and coat evenly.
Serve chicken next to the fries, then top with Coriander and sesame seeds (Optional)

1 Medium Onion , Chunky Diced
1 Red pepper , Diced
1 Green pepper , Diced
2 Spring onion , Sliced
2tbsp Honey
3tbsp Corn flour
1tbsp Coriander (optional) , Chopped
tspn Sesame Seeds (optional)
