Southern Style Potato Wedges
Crispy & fluffy Southern Style potato wedges
Really ruffle the potatoes after par-boiling them to create an extra crispy exterior
Cooking Method
- Pre heat oven to 200c or Gas mark 6 180 fan oven
- Add the potatoes to a pan of boiling water, then cook for 4-6 mins
- Strain the water and toss wedges in colander or mixing bowl to ruffle potatoes slightly
- Heat up the oil on the tray in the oven
- In the mixing bowl, add Pureety Southern style potato seasoning and mix well
- Now add the wedges to the hot oil, be careful not to splash yourself!
- Cook for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown & crispy

- 1kg Potatoes , Cut into wedges
- 150ml Cooking Oil
