Rosemary & Garlic Roast Potatoes
Take your Sunday Roast up a notch with these crispy and fluffy roast potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic seasoning
Really ruffle up the edges of your potatoes to create an extra crispy finish
Cooking Method
- Preheat oven to 200c gas mark 6 or 180 fan oven
- Add potatoes to a pan of boiling salted water
- When the pan comes back to the boil, simmer for 4-6 mins
- While the potatoes boil, put the cooking oil in a tray and heat up in the oven
- Strain the potatoes and toss in a mixing bowl or back in the pan, to ruffle up the edges
- Sprinkle the Puréety seasoning on the par-boiled potatoes, toss and ensure seasoning is evenly distributed
- Then add the seasoned potatoes to the hot oil, be careful not to splash the hot oil
- Roast in the oven, turning occasionally for 35-45 mins or until golden brown

- 150g Cooking Oil
