Low Calorie Beef Stroganoff
A low calorie version of our classic Stroganoff - Creamy sauce with subtle notes of parsley and mustard, cooked with mushrooms, onions & peppers for a dish packed full of flavour
Serve with pasta or rice for a lower carb, lower fat version. You could also use chicken with this recipe; just ensure you cook the chicken thoroughly
Cooking Method
- In a hot pan, use the 1 cal olive oil spray to sear off the beef strips
- Add the onions, peppers and mushrooms and cook until softened
- Mix the water with the Puréety Stroganoff seasoning, add to the pan and bring to the boil before simmering for 8-10 mins
- Add the Greek yoghurt and fresh parsley. Mix well and take off the heat... serve and enjoy!

- 450g Lean Beef Strips
- 250g Chestnut Mushrooms , Sliced
- 1 Red Pepper , Sliced
- 10g Parsley , Chopped
- 150ml Water
- 100g Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Cal Olive Oil Spray
- 150g White Onion , Sliced
