Cut the tomatoes in half and take out the tough part of the stalk
Then cut them into quarters and cut out the seeds. (Keep the seed parts to put into another recipe)
Dice the tomatoes/onion/chilli
Grate the garlic on the fine part of your grater
Combine all the ingredients and check the seasoning and serve!
