This recipe would also work in an Air Fryer
Pre-heat the oven to 200c or fan oven 180c or gas mark 6
Mix the Pureety Fajita seasoning with the olive oil
In a mixing bowl, mix the peppers, onions & halloumi slices with the Fajita oil
Scatter the peppers and onions on the base of a cooking tray and top with the halloumi
Place in the oven for 20-25 mins until the halloumi is golden brown
When the halloumi is cooked, it's time to build the wraps up with the peppers onions halloumi and sliced avocado
Squeeze the lime juice on and garnish with sour cream, salsa, chilli sauce & coriander... enjoy!
