Three Bean Chilli Con Carne
A plant based twist on the classic chilli con carne guaranteed to warm you up on the colder evenings
Don’t forget your guacamole and salsa and serve with nachos or rice!
Cooking Method
- Heat up a large pan with the oil and soften the diced onion
- Add the meat free mince and keep stirring to prevent it sticking to the pan; cook until starting to brown
- Now add the peppers and fry for a few minutes
- Add the mixed beans, chopped tomatoes and cherry tomatoes
- Whisk the Puréety Chilli Con Carne seasoning in with the water before pouring into the pan with the mince and beans, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes
- Finish with the fresh coriander and lime juice, mix and serve

- 400g Meat Free Mince
- 400g Tinned 3 Beans , Rinsed
- 1 Onion , Diced
- 1 Peppers mixed colours , Diced
- 400g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
- 220g Cherry Tomatoes , Halved
- 100ml Water
- 1 Lime , Juiced
- 10g Coriander , Chopped
- 1tbsp Olive Oil
