Sticky BBQ Popcorn

Cooking Method
- Weigh all ingredients and heat up a large saucepan (make sure you have a lid!)
- Add the cooking oil and allow it to heat up for a minute or two
- Add the popcorn to the pan and put the lid on
- Shake the pan with the lid on to coat the kernels in the oil and ensure they don’t stick
- Cook until the popcorn stops popping and take off the heat
- Add the melted butter, Puréety Sticky BBQ glaze and sea salt. Place the lid on and shake the pan well until the glaze and butter coats the popcorn evenly

- 75g Popcorn Kernels
- 50g Butter , Melted
- 2tbsp Cooking Oil
- Sea Salt , Pinch
