Sticky BBQ Corn Ribs
The Viral Corn Ribs but Pureety style! Our Sticky BBQ corn ribs will blow your mind and be a perfect addition to any BBQ this summer.
Cooking Method
- First of all start by slicing your Sweetcorn Cobette's lengthways into a Rib shape.
- Mix together your Pureety Sticky BBQ glaze with 50ml of olive oil and mix together until fully combined and these will create your sticky BBQ coater.
- Next brush your Sweetcorn Ribs generously with the Sticky BBQ glaze mix until all are coated evenly.
- Place sweetcorn ribs into an air fryer and cook for 12 minutes checking and turning halfway to make sure there is no burning!
- Finally, serve up with a dip of your choice we used a Garlic mayo and and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese with Fresh chopped parsley.

- 40g Parmesan , Grated
- 15g Parsley
