Serve with sweet chilli sauce and fresh lime on the side. Fancy something different? Try another one of 4 other glazes instead
- Toss the chicken in the Puréety Spicy Salt & Pepper glaze until evenly coated
- Squeeze the lime juice and half the coriander into the bowl and mix well. Leave to marinade for 30 mins or overnight
- Place the chicken on an ovenproof tray and cook for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through
- Put the chicken onto skewers and finish with the rest of the coriander. Serve and enjoy!
