These 'wings' work best in the air fryer although you can bake in the oven for around 10-15 minutes or shallow fry until golden brown
Pre-heat the oven 200c/gas mark 6/180c
Cut the cauliflower into even sized florets and then toss in a bowl with the olive oil, salt & pepper and then place onto a cooking tray
Cook for 8 minutes or until the cauliflower is starting to brown
Meanwhile mix the flour with the milk and the Pureéty Spicy Salt & Pepper glaze
When the cauliflower is roasted, take out the oven and dip into the batter (drain excess batter off) and place onto tray. Cook in air fryer on 200c for 8 minutes or in the oven for 10-15 mins or until golden brown and crispy
