Heat up a large frying pan and add the coconut oil and the beef and cook until brown Add the onions and soften Add the tomato puree and cook out for 2 minutes Next add coconut milk and water mixed with Pureety Tagine seasoning Now transfer into the slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low Add the sweet potato and cook for another 1 hour on high or 2 hours on low or until the sweet potato and beef are soft Stir in the lime juice, honey and coriander Serve with rice, hummus, & flatbreads
