Mini Festive Fajitas
These mini festive chicken fajitas will be gone in a flash from any party buffet table - wrapped up with onion, peppers, guacamole, salsa and sour cream
You can also try this recipe with steak or a meat free alternative
Cooking Method
- Heat up the oil in a non stick frying pan
- Cook the chicken inner fillets until they have started to colour on all sides
- Add the Puréety Fajita seasoning
- Add the onion and peppers
- When the chicken is cooked through, start to build the wraps
- Start with sour cream on the base, chicken & veg, guacamole then salsa
- Wrap tightly, place two skewers in the wrap and slice in half

- 500g Chicken Inner Fillets
- 1 Red Onion , Sliced
- 2 Pepper , Sliced
- 15ml Cooking Oil
- 8 Mini Tortilla Wraps
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Sour Cream & Chive
