In large frying pan, brown off the diced beef
Add the white onion and sliced chilli and soften
Add the coconut milk, rice vinegar and fish sauce; mix well and bring to a simmer
Add the Puréety Thai Green Seasoning, mix well
Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 hours or transfer to the slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high, 6-8 hours on low or until beef is tender
When the beef is ready, add the lime juice and chopped coriander and serve!
