Hot & Sour Beef Curry
Tender pieces of diced beef in spicy coconut sauce with lime juice, shredded mangetout & fresh coriander
Complete this dish by serving it with sticky jasmine rice and Asian vegetables for the finishing touch!
Cooking Method
- In large frying pan, brown off the diced beef
- Add the white onion and sliced chilli and soften
- Add the coconut milk, rice vinegar and fish sauce; mix well and bring to a simmer
- Add the Puréety Thai Green Seasoning, mix well
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 hours or transfer to the slow cooker for 3-4 hours on high, 6-8 hours on low or until beef is tender
- When the beef is ready, add the lime juice and chopped coriander and serve!

- 2tbsp Sesame Oil
- 450g Diced Beef
- 150g White Onion , Diced -chunky
- 1tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1each Chilli , Sliced
- 400g Coconut Milk
- 1each Lime , Juiced
- 155g Mangetout , Sliced - finely
- 30g Coriander , Chopped
- 1tspn Rice Wine Vinegar
- 200ml Water
