Try using another grilling cheese like paneer, or for the meat eaters substitute the cheese for a chicken thigh. Save any excess oil/seasoning for brushing while cooking
Combine the cheese and vegetables with the olive oil & Puréety Fajita seasoning
Use metal or wooden skewers (soak wooden skewers in cold water for 30 mins prior) thread the ingredients on to the skewers approx. 2 of each ingredient on one skewer
Cook over BBQ for 5-10 minutes, turning regularly until vegetables are cooked and beginning to char. Brush with extra marinade during cooking as required
Serve with tortillas, guacamole & salsa
