Crispy Chilli Beef Noodles
Crispy Beef Noodles with an extra spicy kick... packed full of veg and the perfect quick and easy midweek meal!
You can shallow fry or oven bake the beef until crispy if you don't have an air fryer. Skirt steak works well for this recipe, although any frying steak would be fine
Cooking Method
- Toss the beef in the Puréety Spicy Salt & Pepper glaze before leaving the glaze to develop for 20-30 minutes
- Toss the beef in a a bowl with the cornflour until coated evenly then fry in a air fryer (8 mins approx). Then place in a bowl with 4 tbsp of the teriyaki sauce and toss to coat the beef
- In a deep sided frying pan or wok, heat up the oil (sesame oil works well) and cook the red onion and red peppers, then add the chilli, sesame seeds, coriander and spring onions (saving some for garnish)
- Add the noodles, water & teriyaki sauce, bring to the boil stirring and tossing continually
- Add the beef back through the noodles with the lime juice and serve topped with the remaining spring onions chili, coriander and sesame seeds... enjoy!

- 400g Beef Strips
- 4tbsp Cornflour
- 1 Red Onion , Sliced finely
- 1 Red Pepper , Sliced finely
- 2 Spring Onions , Sliced finely
- 2 Chillies , Sliced finely
- 500-600g Cooked Noodles
- 250ml Teriyaki Sauce
- 300ml Water
- 2tbsp Oil for frying
- 1tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 10g Coriander , Chopped
- 1 Lime , Juiced
