Chicken and Chorizo Chilli
A twist on a classic Chilli; made with juicy chicken thigh and diced chorizo for rich and tasty flavours.
Serve with tortilla chips, guacamole & sour cream. Try adding all the ingredients into a slow cooker & cook for 4 hours on low or 2.5 hours on high
Cooking Method
- Add the chorizo to a hot frying pan and cook for a few minutes
- When the chorizo is starting to colour, add the diced onion & chicken thigh. Cook on a high heat and stir for around 4 mins
- Mix the Pureety Chilli Con Carne seasoning with 100 ml of water and pour over the meat and onions in the pan
- Add the tomatoes & mushrooms to the pan and gently simmer for at least 25 minutes
- Lastly, add the peppers & coriander and then take off the heat
- Enjoy with some rice & your favourite chilli garnishes

- 450g Chicken Thigh , Diced
- 1each Red Onion , Diced
- 1each Red Pepper , Diced
- 200g Chorizo Sausage , Diced
- 400g Chopped Tomatoes
- 5g Coriander , chopped
- 100g Cherry Tomatoes , Quartered
- 100ml Water
- 200g Button Mushrooms , Quartered
