Once they are all on the kebab, press the thighs out to separate them slightly to ensure even cooking. Start cooking the kebab in the oven for 20 mins at 180c before finishing on the BBQ to get best results
Cooking Method
Trim any gristle or sinewy from 1kg of chicken thighs
Coat the trimmed chicken with two packets of the Pureety Char-Siu Glaze in a bowl or tray
Thread the thighs one at a time Over two skewers
Leave the glaze to develop for 30 minutes or more
Cook the kebab on the BBQ or in the oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through
