Beef Taco Crunch
Authentic Mexican Taco minced beef, stringy mozzarella cheese, crispy tortilla chips, sour cream, guacamole, salsa & jalapenos, all layered up inside a tortilla wrap. Folded and toasted
You can buy a packet of 8 large tortillas and cut around the centre to make 4 small tortillas. Serve with salad & Pureety Southern Style wedges
Cooking Method
- Heat up a large frying pan with cooking oil, add minced beef and cook out on high heat until the mince is separated and starting to brown
- Add diced red onion and cook out until soft
- Add diced red pepper and Taco seasoning and mix well
- Mix in the fresh coriander
- Now lay out the large tortilla wraps
- Start by spreading the sour cream & chive and add the Taco minced beef in the centre whilst leaving space to fold the edges of the wrap over
- Then add the Mexican cheese and lay 6 tortilla chips around in a circle
- Spoon over the salsa then the guacamole & jalapenos, finish with the mozzarella cheese
- Next, place the small tortilla wrap on top, then fold the edges of the large wrap over
- Heat up a frying pan, then place the wrap folded side down into the hot pan, toast on both sides
- Cut up and serve with salad & Pureety seasoned wedges

- 450g Minced Beef
- 1tbsp Cooking Oil
- 4each Large Tortilla Wraps
- 4each Small Tortilla Wraps
- 30g Tortilla Crisps
- 100g Mexican Cheese , Grated
- 100g Mozzarella Cheese , Grated
- 100g Sour Cream & Chive
- 150g Guacamole
- 100g Jalapeno , Sliced
- 15g Coriander , Chopped
- 200g Salsa
- 1each Red Onion , Diced
- 1each Red Pepper , Diced
