Slowcooker Beef Goulash
A real home comfort. Tender pieces of diced beef in a creamy rich stew with tomatoes and peppers
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours
Cooking Method
- Heat up the slow cooker and add the diced beef, white onion, carrot, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, water, Pureety Stroganoff Seasoning and carrot
- Cook for 3.5 hours on high or 7.5 hours on low - add the peppers and soured cream (saving a little for garnish) for the remaining 30 mins
- When the beef is tender and falling apart, add the chopped parsley (saving some for garnish)
- Garnish, serve and enjoy!

- 450g Diced beef
- 150g White Onion , Sliced
- ml Red Pepper
- 2tbsp Tomato Puree
- 400g Chopped Tomatoes
- 200ml Water
- 150ml Soured Cream
- 15g Parsley
- 2tbsp Olive Oil
- 100g Carrot
