Salt and Pepper Tofu Kebabs
Firm cubes of tofu, marinated in an authentic blend of oriental flavours, with peppers, red onions & juicy cherry tomatoes
Try swapping the vegetables for your favourite veg. Before dicing the tofu, press and dry with kitchen cloth or kitchen roll. Marinade your tofu overnight in the glaze for a deeper flavour
Cooking Method
- First, prepare the tofu and mix it with the Pureety Spicy Salt & Pepper Glaze, coriander (save some for garnish), and sesame oil.
- Add the onion, pepper, tofu & tomatoes in whichever order you like
- Once marinaded you can cook on the BBQ, on a griddle pan, or alternatively you can bake in the oven for around 25 min @200c turning occasionally
- Garnish with chopped coriander & lime

- 396g Extra Firm Tofu , Cubed
- 1ml Green Pepper , Diced
- 1ml Red Onion , Diced
- 8ml Cherry Tomatoes
- 1tbsp Sesame Oil
- 20g Coriander , Garnish
- 1ml Lime , Garnish
