Firstly prepare the dish by peeling the shells from the king prawns and then cook the beans by placing them in a pan of boiling water for about 3 minutes. Then remove them and place the beans in bowl of water and ice cubes to cool.
The noodles then need to be cooked by placing in a pan of boiling water for approximately 4 minutes.
The noodles then need to be removed and placed under cold water to cool them down.
To cook and finish, place a frying pan over a high heat and add the vegetable oil.
When the oil is smoking add the kind prawns and fry for 2-3 minutes and then using tongs turn over.
Straight away add the sachet of Pureety Soy Ginger and Garlic and the water.
When the mixture is boiling, reduce the heat down to low and simmer for a further 2 minutes and remove from the heat and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl combine the noodles, red and yellow peppers, red onion and the cooled green beans.
Season the noodle mixture and required and place in suitable serving bowls.
Top the noodle salad with 5 prawns each and generously spoon any remaining sauce over the top of each salad and serve.
