Simple Oriental Pork Skewers


Pour the Pureety Soy, Ginger & Garlic Marinade over the diced Pork and mix, leave for 20 minutes or up to 24 hours in the fridge.

If you are using wooden skewers make sure you place them in water to soak to stop them burning in the cooking process.

Simply skewer the marinated pork pieces evenly using the 8 skewers


These are ideal for barbecues and take roughly 3 – 4 minutes on both sides, but are equally scrumptious done under a hot grill for the same time
