Thai Chicken and Courgette Kebabs
Thai Green curry inspired kebab, with white onion, courgette & peppers. Marinated in authentic Thai seasoning, fresh lime, coriander & peanut butter; perfect for your BBQ parties
Leave the chicken to marinade overnight. For the glaze, use coconut milk to ensure it sticks to the meat properly
Cooking Method
- Mix coconut milk, peanut butter & lime juice together in bowl, then mix with diced chicken and marinade for 20 mins to 8 hours or overnight.
- Build up the kebabs using the diced veg and marinaded chicken
- Grill on BBQ or under grill in your kitchen until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with steamed rice or Asian slaw and salad.

- 550g Chicken Breast , Diced
- 1 Courgette , Diced
- 1 White Onion , Diced
- 2 Green Pepper , Diced
- 1tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Lime , Juiced
- 10g Coriander , chopped
- 100ml Coconut Milk
