Spicy Salt & Pepper King Prawns
Take your party buffet table to the next level with these crispy breadcrumbed king prawns tossed in a super tasty spicy salt & pepper glaze
Use tiger prawns or even chicken inner fillets to mix it up. Serve with a sweet chilli dip and garnish with some fresh rocket and lemon wedges
Cooking Method
- Prepare three bowls with the plain flour, beaten eggs, and the panko breadcrumb individually
- Dip the prawns into the flour, eggs, and panko one by one. Make sure that each prawn is completely coated
- Heat the cooking oil in a large frying pan until it melts and starts to bubble. Add the prawns one by one. Fry the prawns for about 2-3 minutes on each side
- Toss the prawns in the Pureety Spicy Salt & Pepper Glaze and serve!

- 24 Large King Prawns
- 2 Eggs , Whisked
- 300ml Milk
- 60g Panko Breadcrumbs
- 60g Sesame Seeds
- 600ml Cooking Oil
- 100g Plain Flour
