Spicy Salt and Pepper Tofu, Peach and Red Onion skewers
Salt & Pepper tofu, grilled peach, diced red onion, fresh coriander & lime
Dry the tofu with a kitchen cloth or kitchen roll before preparing
Cooking Method
- Dry tofu with tea towel or kitchen towel then dice into 12 equal pieces
- Mix sesame oil with lime zest, fresh coriander & Pureety Spicy Salt & Pepper glaze then coat diced tofu
- Add tofu, onion and peach on a skewer
- Mix the soy sauce with the sweet chilli sauce
- Brush and glaze the skewers with the soy & sweet chilli sauce and cook on BBQ or grill in kitchen
Ingredients
- 396g Extra Firm Tofu , Cubed
- 1 Red Onion , Diced
- 3each Peaches , Quartered
- half Lime , Zested
- 2tspn Sesame Oil
- 20g Coriander , Chopped
- 2tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1tbsp Soy Sauce
