Minted Lamb Leg Steak Roast Dinner
Sticky Garden Mint glazed lamb leg steaks, with Rosemary & Garlic roast maris piper potatoes and tender stem broccoli - the perfect meal for two on Valentines Day or Date Night!
Leave the lamb to marinade overnight. Really ruffle your potatoes in the colander to create extra crispy texture. Replace cooking oil with foose fat or beef dripping to give your potatoes an extra crispy skin and meaty flavour
Cooking Method
- Pre Heat oven to 200c/gas mark 6/180c fan oven and boil a pan of salted water
- Coat lamb leg steaks in Puréety Garden Mint marinade, set on an ovenproof tray and leave to glaze for a minimum of 30 mins or overnight
- Cook the roast potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 6-8 mins
- Heat cooking oil on a tray in the oven. Drain the potatoes in a colander before tossing with Puréety Rosemary & Garlic potato seasoning
- Carefully transfer the seasoned potatoes onto the tray with the hot oil and place in the oven to cook for 35-45 minutes turning occasionally
- When the potatoes are nearly cooked, make your gravy and cook your vegetables. Then cook the glazed lamb under a hot grill for a few minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the lamb steaks and how well done you'd like the lamb
- When the lamb is cooked allow the meat to rest for a small amount of time before serving - enjoy!

- 1.2kg Maris Piper Potatoes , Peeled
- 100g Tender Stem Broccoli
- 200g Carrot
- 150g Cooking Oil
- 200ml Gravy
