Mini Minted Lamb Meatballs
One for the buffet table - super quick and super tasty mini minted lamb meatballs
Wet your hands before rolling the mince to stop the mince from sticking to your hands
Cooking Method
- One at a time, weigh out the meatballs into 20 x 25g portions
- Using both hands roll and ball them into meatball shapes
- Roll them in the Puréety Garden Mint glaze
- Cook in the oven @ 200c/gas mark 6 /180c fan oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through
- Serve with cocktail sticks or skewers in the top
