You can also use leftover chicken for this recipe or replace the leftover meat with a fresh turkey/beef mince
Cooking Method
Heat up the olive oil, then add the onion and jalapenos and cook until golden brown
Add the turkey and Puréety Taco seasoning, then pour in the water and bring to the boil
Leave to simmer for a few minutes
Finish the coriander and lime juice
Toast the tortillas and fill with the turkey taco mix and top with the sour cream, avocado and cranberry sauce. Then garnish with a little fresh coriander and a lime wedge

10g Coriander , Chopped
1 Avocado , Sliced
8ml Taco Shells or 6inch flour tortillas
100g Sour Cream & Chive
100g Cranberry Sauce
1 Lime , Juiced
1tbsp Olive Oil
150ml Water
300g Cooked Turkey , Shredded
