High Protein Creamy Chicken Fajita Burritos
The perfect meal prep High Protein Creamy Chicken Fajita Burritos. Low in calories and full of flavour to keep you on track with your diet.
Heat your tortillas before rolling to prevent the burritos from breaking. Store in fridge for up to 4 days or store in freezer for 3 months.
Cooking Method
- Start by preparing your chicken by dicing it into small chunks. Finely chop your onions, peppers and coriander.
- Next add olive oil and Pureety Fajita recipe seasoning to your chicken in a bowl and mix together until its evenly coated.
- Once your Fajita seasoning has done its magic heat up a frying pan and add your chicken and fry your chicken until fully cooked.
- Once your chicken is done add your Onions, peppers and kidney beans into the pan and cook together for 5 - 7 minutes.
- Then add low fat cottage cheese into the pan and mix together until you get a creamy saucy texture and then add your cheese mix and finish with coriander.
- Now your creamy fajita mix is done you want to start adding it to 6 tortilla wraps evenly and tightly pack these and create your burritos.
- Too finish off your burritos place them back into the pan to brown off all sides and then slice in half and enjoy!

- 400g Kidney beans
- 50g Low fat cottage cheese
- 50g Mozzarella & cheddar mix
- 15g Coriander
