Try asking your butcher for different flavoured sausages to mix it up. If you would like a thicker casserole, leave it in the oven with the lid off for the liquid to reduce, or if you would like it more saucy, add a splash off water. Serve with crusty bread
Heat up a casserole dish or frying pan with cooking oil, brown the sausages and set aside
Brown the chorizo in a deep sided frying pan, then add the onions and carrots and soften
Add the white wine, then the seasoning with the tinned tomatoes, mix well and add the water before bringing to the boil
Add the borlotti beans,
Cook in a casserole dish for 1 hour @ 170c gas mark 3 150c fan oven. Stirring occasionally
When the casserole comes out the oven, add the peppers and herbs and serve!
