Garlic Butter Chicken Wings
Save a space on the festive buffet table for these tender chicken wings glazed in our garlic butter marinade; packed with garlic flavour and notes of butter & parsley
Add a little oil or water to the wings while glazing to help the glaze take to the shape of the wing
Cooking Method
- In a bowl or tray, coat the wings evenly until all the glaze has stuck to the wings
- Leave the wings for the glaze to develop for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight
- Cook in the oven at 200c/gas 6/180c fan oven for 15-20 minutes, check the wings are cooked thoroughly
