Creamy Beef Stroganoff
Creamy sauce with subtle notes of parsley and mustard and cooked with mushrooms, onions & peppers for a dish packed with flavour
Get your pan very hot and quickly stir-fry the meat to seal and colour for extra meaty flavours. Any leftovers, you can freeze or keep in your fridge for up to 3 days
Cooking Method
- Add all ingredients (apart from parsley) to slow cooker and cook for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low
- When the meat is tender, add parsley and enjoy
Ingredients
- 450g Beef Steak Strips
- 150g Medium Onion , Sliced
- 1each Red Pepper , Sliced
- 300g White Mushrooms
- 100ml Water
- 300ml Whipping or Double Cream
- 2tbsp Fresh Parsley , Sliced
