Classic Steak Fajita
Authentic Mexican Fajita spices, peppers & onions, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. Best served with sour cream, salsa & guacamole
This recipe will work with chicken breast or thigh / beef steak or skirt
Cooking Method
- Preheat the oven 220c, 200c fan, Gas mark 8
- Season the chicken with Fajita seasoning and half the oil. On a large baking tray spread the sliced vegetables and place the seasoned chicken on top (ensuring space is left between each peice)
- Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken or beef is fully cooked.
- Serve the mix inside the tortillas with your favourite garnish (guacamole/sour cream/salsa/cheese/)

- 2tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 450g Steak , Sliced
- 2 Peppers Mixed Colours , Sliced
- 1 Red Onion , Sliced
- 8 Soft Tortillas
- 150g Guacamole
- 150g Sour Cream & Chive
- 150g Salsa
