Classic Lamb Casserole
Diced lamb, carrots & onions cooked in a rich and hearty gravy, with notes of garden mint
Try this dish in the slow cooker for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. For a richer casserole, try replacing the water with wine or stout
Cooking Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180c or gas mark 4
- Mix the meat and vegetables together in an ovenproof dish
- Stir in the Puréety Lamb Casserole seasoning into the water
- Pour the seasoned liquid over the lamb, carrots and onions and stir well
- Cook for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally or until the meat is tender

- 450g Lamb , Diced
- 150g Red Onion , Diced
- 150g Carrot , Diced - Chunky
- 300ml Water
