Cajun Style Wedges
Crispy & fluffy Cajun spiced potato wedges
Try cooking the potato wedges in the air fryer
Cooking Method
- Pre heat oven to 200c or gas mark 6
- Add the potatoes to a pan of boiling water, then cook for 4-6 mins
- Strain the water and toss wedges in colander or mixing bowl to ruffle skin of potato slightly
- Heat up the oil on the tray in the oven
- In the mixing bowl, add Pureety Cajun potato seasoning and mix well
- Now add the wedges to the hot oil, be careful not to splash yourself
- Cook for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown & crispy
