BBQ Grilled Pork Chops with Mango Salsa
Sticky BBQ pork chops with a fresh mango salsa; perfect for the BBQ or a summer dinner party
Marinade the meat overnight for a deeper marinade and flavour. Cook then rest the steaks before serving.
Cooking Method
- Glaze the chops/steaks with Pureety Sticky BBQ glaze
- Cook the pork on the BBQ or under the grill, on a medium hot heat, until cooked through (around 5 mins on side depending on thickness)
- Mix all ingredients for salsa
- Garnish cooked pork with the salsa and serve some on the side
- Enjoy with rice, couscous or salad
Ingredients
- 4ml Pork Steaks
- 1tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1ml Green Chilli , De-seeded & Finely diced
- 0.5ml Lime , Juiced
- 1ml Red Pepper , Diced
- 20g Mint , Chopped
- 1tbsp Coriander , Chopped
- 1ml Sea Salt
- 100g Mango , Diced
- 1tbsp Honey
