Oriental Broccoli And Almond Stir-Fry


Cut the broccoli into suitable sized florets, and lightly steam or boil for 2-3 minutes.


Meanwhile, heat up a wok over a high heat and add the sesame oil.

When smoking add the lightly cooked broccoli and stir-fry for a further 1 minute.

Then add the sherry. (Be careful here as the sherry may set light!!!! Make sure you are not looking directly over the pan when you are doing this!!!!)

Immediately add the Pureety Soy Ginger and Garlic sachet and continue to stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.

Remove from the heat and place into suitable serving bowls and top with the roasted almonds.

This is a quick easy snack to produce in a hurry, but also makes a great accompanyment to many meats and fish.

2 bunchs x Broccoli
3 tsp x Sherry
1 tbsp x Sesame oil
30 gms x Sliced almonds (Toasted)
