BBQ Sticky Chicken Wings


To prepare the dish place the chicken wings in a deep dish and marinade in the soy sauce overnight.


To cook the dish heat a thick bottomed frying pan over a high heat and add the vegetable oil.

When the oil is smoking add the green pepper, white onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.

Then add the chicken wings and reduce the heat and add the Pureety Hickory Barbeque sachet and 50ml of the soy sauce used to marinate the chicken.

Simmer the pan for 15 minutes until the chicken wings are cooked and the sauce has reduced to a thick consistency topping up with water as needed.

Serve the wings in a large bowl for sharing along with some crusty bread and salad.

1 x Medium white onion (Diced)
1 x Green pepper (sliced)
1 x Garlic clove (Mashed)
150ml x Soy sauce
1tbsp x Vegetable oil
