Barbeque Chicken Toasted Club Sandwich

Firstly preheat a grill to its highest setting.

Next slice the chicken breast into thick slices.

To cook the sandwich firstly place a frying pan over a high heat and add the vegetable oil.

When the pan is smoking add the sliced chicken breast and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Next add the Pureety Hickory Barbeque Sachet and reduce the heat down and simmer gently for a further 3-4 mintues, adding a little water if necessary to thin down the sauce a little.

Meanwhile, place the bacon under the hot grill for 4-5 minutes until crispy and then set aside.

To finish the sandwich toast the sliced bread under the hot grill and on the bottom slice add the chicken and sauce mixture. Then place another slice of toast on top and add the tomato, bacon and cheese and finally top with the remaining slice of toast.

Place cocktail sticks in either side of the sandwich to hold it together and slice the sandwich in half.

Serve with a crisp salad on the side or a handful of salted crisps.
